How did Maacrystal get its name?
The true meaning of the word “Maa” means both mother ours in indian language context. Life is a memory and that is created exclusively by the mother to you by giving birth to you that is a wondeful gift one can give. On the other hand the idea is that maacrystal creates a customized gift exclusively to you and that gift creates a long lasting memory and brings smiles and happiness whenever you see it.As a semblance to the above analogy mother's gift is a child to ones self and maacrystals gift is a lasting memory to the owner of the gift.
What is custom gift?
A custom gift is where an individual provides a picture/desgin or a text that he would like to imprint, sticker,engrave on a selected gift item that fits into any of the occassions like wedding days, birthdays,Anniversaries,religious days,logos, corporate branding, business slogans,New baby,Love&Romance,Retirement,Thank You,Valntine's,Friendship day,Tearcher's day, employee names and so on.
What products can this custom gift be made on?
Custom gifts can be made either on a Crytal or wood-crafted item or hand made glass item or Acrylic made item. Most of these pictures and texts are provided by the customer for making a custom gift and those are either heat transfered, glue bounded, stickered or laser imprinted on the selected models. Thus the pictures or text is transfered on to the desired product and makes a fabulous looking, long lasting memory.
How do I know that my pricture or text looks good on a product? Can I get a proof before printing/sublimating/stickering/engraving?
You select a product online and process your order and make the payment and upload the image. Once you upload the image you can email our support if you need a proof reading/draft layout. Our support team looks at your sent image and will let you know if the pixels of the image are sharp enough for you to get the picture reasonably good on the product.If you want a proof read/draft layout as to how it looks and you can request the same by payihng additional 25/- rupees and review it. If you are at a physical location you can request our retail team members to review your picture. They will send it to head office for proof read and will send you back the recommondations. This proof reading also will cost the same 25/-. If there is a dealer in the near by location that we list you can reach out to them too.
How do we contact the support?
yes we have a support service stand by to answer to your email requests and you have a phone line that can be reached for support clarifications related order processing, order delivery, order delivery timeline, order dispatch, gift varieties and enquiries related to bulk orders. Our support team will try to answer your questions as much as possible. For all enquiries via emails please provide 48 hours minimum before you expect a response. We encourage all to reach support via email as the phone lines may be difficult to reach.
Are there any refunds?
The customization requrie that you select a product,The product you select is either crystal,wood, glass, acrylic or crafted item which are expensive.Th gift item is made out of those and cannot be repaired or reused once we make a text or a picture,sublimate or place a sticker on them, thus it will be unuseable and a total loss and thus unfortunately there cannot be a claim for anysort of refund. Your picture once imprinted on a product it cannot be erased and that product cannot be re-used for any other purposes as such we strongly suggest that you make sure that your picture is clear and the selected product fits your needs. No refunds will be entertained under any circumstances due to the nature of the gift customization.
Can I become a dealer/reseller/Franchise?
Absolutely, sellers range from small retailers to professional merchants. We have Franchise oppurtunities too and if interested please enquire via email only or contact us via online. If you intend to sell your products on our website please contact our support services for further details.
Do I have to be register member?
To become a member of the our shopping community, create a free account by clicking ‘Register’ on our homepage. Note that it is necessary for all dealers and returning customers to register for benefits of discounts and special prices that we may email them from time to time on our products. If you are a one time buyer you can just sign in as guest and complete your order.
Can you combine from two photos?
Yes, we can work to create a collage of multiple photos and generate a new picture. Depending on the size of the gift piece our support team can suggest what may be a better item to print/sublimiate/sticker/print/engrave the pricture on. We will create a proof-reading/draft layout for your approval before we engrave the crystal. The cost to you will be the cost of the gift item plus 100/- rupees per proof reading/draftlayout photo for collage work needs and for each unit of purchase.
How long will take to receive my finished custom?
All our online orders generally take between 1 to 4 days depending on the customization and orders under process. We usually produce the crystal with 2 to 4 days following receipt of your order, Craft items take 1 to 3 days, glass items/wood items take 1 to 3 days, Since each gift is unique and is different and, often, each order contains special instructions, production time varies. We use courier for all of our local or interstate shipments. The shipping service you select will determine the time the shipment takes to get to you.For bulk orders and corporate gift order the delivery schedule very based on the quantity so it is advised to contact us via email for any bulk requirements.
What if I don’t like the Gift piece you make?
Unfortunately no refunds or new offerings can be made if you don't like the gift item. We make every effort to make sure that the product is customized as per customer's needs. We have < 0.25% complaints on the items we have delivered to customers so far. However our support teams are there to help you out for any concerns but cannot replace the products or provide refunds and we regret for the inconveience as this customization involves specific products that cannot be repaired for re-used for salvage. [/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="Is my photo good enough quality for the crystal/Wood/Galss/Acrylic/MDF gift customization?"] The general rule is the better quality of the photo the better quality sublimation/print/stickering/engraving it will provide for. Our photo editors are expert Photoshop professionals and they will employ every Photoshop trick in the book to enhance your photo. If the photograph is slightly out of focus, too bright, too dark or too small there is a possible to create an acceptable enhancement to the photo Gift. It all depends on the qaulity of the photograh. If we think your photo is not acceptable or does not generate a good photo gift our support will call or email you to discuss possible options. [/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="What formats of photo images can I send?"] Our teams may work with most image file formats including .jpg, .bmp, .pdf, .psd, .doc, .ai, .eps, .cdr, .png and other 2d file formats. We recommend that you email your image with common formats if you have specific format you may email and communicate with our support team. [/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="What do I do if I don’t have a digital photo?"] You can mail us your original hard-copy photo. If you email your photo we may not get the quaility needed so we recommend that you mail it to us. We will scan your original photo to create a digital image file. We will return your photo with your finished photo crystal. When you mail your photo be ready to receive the order in not less than 2 to 3 weeks as the mail will take time. [/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="What resolution should I scan the photo?"] Usually >=300 dpi (dots per inch) is acceptable. If we are enlarging the photo, to fill a large sized crystal from a small photo, >=600 dpi would be better or mail us the original photo if you are unsure.
Do you take International Orders?
We welcome the enquiries for bulk orders but we do not take inidvidual international orders. This will change in the course of time and we will upgrade the FAQ when we start accepting the ingternational orders for now we only cater to domestic needs.
